Mad Hatter’s Shuck It Raw Bar and seafood Menu is diverse with an emphasis on quality!
The menu features Live Oysters, fresh seafood, as well as select Angus Beef burgers. Our chefs meet daily with Wilmington based fisherman, Captain Larry, to procure the freshest seafood from our local coast.
In addition to our mouth-watering seafood options the Mad Hatter menu is filled with many unique items from our small plates to our daily orange plate specials.
Mad Hatter will be serving homemade brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Highlighted items on this menu are: Salmon Florentine, Chicken & Pancakes and Breakfast Enchiladas.
Mad Hatter serves all their famous fresh, made from chuck, ribeye, brisket and sirloin cuts of beef the healthy way, by char grilling them on our 1200 degree infrared grill. This allows immediate searing of the patties as well as allows the grease and fat to drip out of the patties falling thru the grate and into the fire below.  Other competitive restaurants chose to use a flat top grill allowing their burgers to sit and bathe in the grease and fat as it cooks out of the patties. Similar to you cooking a burger at home in a frying pan and never pouring out the excess grease and fat.
